Google is good, but who knows it?

Alright, so I saw this and found out there is this whole "Technology-driven Philanthropy" thing that Google is into here: www.google.org Absolutely fantastic. Google is fantastic with aggregating information for various purposes. This is the best one yet. Social Media has become a significant resource for people to get information they need ... fast. Recently, Twitter and CNN brought you the inside look at Lybia when other sources couldn't get a report out. Now, it's your turn G+. This is the chance for G+ to shine and make its mark on the social media landscape. The Review Gap

Okay so its been a turbulent week and Google has been changing their DOM ( Document Object Model ) faster than a model changes clothes.   What has this meant?   Your favorite extensions have been on again off again; with many developers pushing out updates multiple times.  Now, it looks like things have settled for a while (cross fingers).  But, I'm sure somewhere down the line Google will want to change their dress again.  So for now I'll get back to reviews while there is a modicum of stability.

Facebook privacy takes another hit.

Yet again, another privacy issue with Facebook with their new Facebook Messenger app. Facebook privacy team is fighting hard to make their users unsafe. You all should stop installing it and start removing it as soon as possible. Facebook's new Messenger service steals all your friends numbers on your phone and stores it on their internal system. And guess what ... you cannot export those numbers out of there. If you still have a Facebook account, you should remove your number from your profile, or even better, boycott it until they allow you to control the data you provide it.
